Job Overview

Platinum Cleaning Services is seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team on a part-time and full-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and value delivering excellent service to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive company image through professional and friendly client communication.
• Clean and sanitize residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain overall cleanliness of client homes
• Wash, dry, fold laundry
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients
• Clean company owned supplies and equipment daily
• Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures to ensure quality service
• Properly dispose of trash
• Alert management to any customer feedback, supply needs, or safety concerns
• Occasionally use email or calendar apps to manage appointments or communication
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's brand standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Education : High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience :
• At least 1 year of professional housekeeping or related cleaning experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of general customer service experience is preferred.
• Skills :
• Strong customer relationship and service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Schedule & Employment Type

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Part-time roles may have the opportunity to grow into full-time positions based on client demand, scheduling needs, and employee availability
• Flexible weekday hours
• Weekend availability may be needed
• Hours may vary based on client schedules

Requirements

• Reliable transportation is a must to travel to and from client locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
