Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote | WFH

What You'll Be Doing:

Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with Behavior Therapists and families.
Develop and monitor individualized goals and strategies, using data to track progress.
Participate in weekly supervisory and team meetings.
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
Develop and manage behavior plans.
Attend IFSP and IEP meetings.
Regularly meet with caregivers to provide support and guidance.
What You Bring to the Table:

Certification as a BCBA and MA licensure (LABA). (Candidates pending MA Licensure are also encouraged to apply!)
Experience working with children.
Strong creative problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
