We're a fast-growing startup in the residential roofing repair space, serving homeowners directly across the U.S. Our mission is simple: deliver affordable, high-quality roof repairs with speed, transparency, and care-no contractors, no middlemen.

PAY: $21 per hour + Bonus

SCHEDULE: We have 4 shift types they are as follows:

• Shift 1 - 8am-5pm with rotating weekends (FT)
• Shift 2 - 11am-7pm with rotating weekends (FT)
• Shift 3 - 8am-12pm with rotating weekends (PT)
• Shift 4 - 3pm to 7pm with rotating weekends (PT)

Job Summary

As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking roof repair services. Your job is to engage warm leads, educate them on our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm homeowner leads
• Schedule appointments for roof repair consultations
• Communicate clearly via phone and email
• Follow up strategically to maximize conversion rates
• Use CRM tools to track calls and appointments
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs (e.g., dials per hour, appointments booked)
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in call center, telemarketing, or customer service
• Appointment setting experience (home improvement or roofing a plus)
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Goal-driven mindset with a competitive edge
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and basic typing proficiency
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
