Certified HHA or CNA needed for In-Home client care in Somerset, Ma 3 SHIFTS___M-F 8:30a-2:30p and 4:30p-9:30p And Weekends 9a-3p *HIRING MULTIPLE CANDIDATES*

Split shifts, Flexible days/evening and weekends for personal care, errands, companionship and light housekeeping

Assist client with daily activities, dressing, showers and meal prep. Must be certified, experienced and physically able to assist with all transfers.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care : Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Emotional Support : Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, helping clients maintain a positive outlook.
• Mobility Assistance : Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices (experience preferred but not required).
• Follow Care Plans : Work closely with nurses, therapists, and doctors to provide care as outlined in individual care plans.
• Maintain Environment : Keep the home environment clean, safe, and supportive of each client’s needs.
• Documentation : Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team.

Requirements

• Certification : Current HHA certification.
• License : Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Experience : Prior experience with Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices is beneficial but not required.
• Skills : Compassionate, reliable, patient, and committed to helping others.
