This role operates within an FDA‑regulated medical device environment and requires strong execution discipline, cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to drive results within defined scope, schedule, and budget, in alignment with Philips Quality and Business Management Systems.

Your role:

  • Leads planning, coordination, budgeting, and scheduling of Advanced Development and NPD projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Oversees execution to achieve agreed project objectives.

  • Facilitates cross‑functional teams across Software, Clinical, Data Science, Regulatory, Quality, and Product Management through structured governance, reviews, and clear communication. Provides direction to keep teams aligned and productive.

  • Develops and communicates project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status updates to program management and key stakeholders. Ensures transparency and timely information flow.

  • Partners with Marketing and Product Management to translate clinical and market needs into clear project scope and deliverables. Ensures execution plans support business and customer requirements.

You're the right fit if:

  • You possess strong project management skills including cross‑functional leadership, planning, prioritization, risk management, issue resolution, and clear communication of status, risks, and impacts to technical and business stakeholders. Bonus skills: experience with software/data‑enabled development and collaboration with data science or AI teams, plus proficiency with Microsoft and project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Jira, or Azure DevOps.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

How we work together:

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office-based role.
