Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years' management experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare with a master's degree, or 3-5 years' experience with a bachelor's degree.
- Proven success in managing a profitable business.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Clinical skills in behavioral medicine/arts and/or eating disorders are preferred.
- Knowledge of reimbursement and managed care environment preferred.
- Competency in using general office and electronic medical record technologies.
Qualifications:
- State licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC, or equivalent.
- Managed care credentialing preferred.
