Regional Home Care is currently searching for licensed Respiratory Therapists for patients in Boston, Massachusetts, and the surrounding areas . We offer a collaborative, team-based environment with extensive training to ensure confidence and success of our staff and patients. You will be able to make an impact on the lives of our patients, have the autonomy to manage your workload and receive ongoing training and support.

What you’ll do as a Respiratory Therapist:

Respiratory Therapists provide physician-directed therapy, including but not limited to:

  • Perform CPAP/BiPAP and ventilator set ups
  • Provide mask fittings for patients
  • Troubleshooting of machines
  • Educate patients on the maintenance and cleaning of all supplies and equipment.
  • Be able to demonstrate this expertise upon request after being trained in the operation of all equipment relevant to the associated therapies

Required Qualifications:

  • Respiratory Therapists must carry current RCP license in the State of Massachusetts
  • Must be able to see in-home patient appointments and office appointments in Boston, Massachusetts, and the surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able and comfortable lifting medical equipment up to 25 – 50 pounds.
