Job Title: Anesthesia Technician – Surgical Services (OR/Specials)

Location: Hyannis, MA 02601

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Type: Contract | Local or Travel

Shift: 40 hours per week | Rotating Days (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | No Weekends | No Holidays

Pay Range: $40 – $45 per hour ($1,600 – $1,800 weekly)

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Anesthesia Technician – Surgical Services (OR/Specials) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hyannis, MA.

• Support the Anesthesia Department and OR staff in maintaining a safe and efficient care environment.

• Stock anesthesia carts, warming cabinets, and anesthesia workroom supplies, including special-order items.

• Restock anesthesia supplies in Labor and Delivery.

• Prepare and set up required equipment for scheduled cases (breathing circuits, filters, suction, EKG pads, IV fluids, pediatric equipment, etc.).

• Maintain devices such as hypothermia blankets, blood warmers, Bear Hugger, and sharps containers.

• Respond promptly to anesthesia providers’ needs during procedures.

• Assist with ORA duties and additional tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum 2 years of prior Operating Room or Anesthesia experience.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• BLS Certification required.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to perform effectively in high-stress environments.

• Completion of a Medical Terminology course or successful passage of a Medical Terminology exam.
