Sales Representative

Weymouth, MA

This organization specializes in screen printing, embroidery, and branded merchandise , and is seeking a driven, personable Sales Representative to join its in-house team.

What You’ll Do

Drive Revenue & Relationships

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients

  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients select the right screen printing and embroidery solutions

Project & Order Management

  • Prepare accurate quotes and process orders

  • Partner closely with production and customer service teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure client expectations are exceeded

Client Consultation & Support

  • Understand client goals and recommend customized promotional solutions

  • Resolve questions or concerns with professionalism and care

  • Stay informed on product offerings, capabilities, and industry trends

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Track activity, communications, and opportunities within the CRM

  • Maintain organized records and pipeline visibility

Community & Team Engagement

  • Participate in company-supported charity events and community initiatives throughout the year

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products (required)

  • Proven ability to build relationships and close business

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • Must be able to commute comfortably to the South Shore location

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: $50-60K

  • Competitive commission plan
