Legal Intake Coordinator

Job Details:
- Boylston Staffing is looking for Temporary Remote Legal Intake Coordinators .
- Duties include providing superior service to clients and prospective clients through inbound and outbound telephone contact.
- Will work in a team environment.
- The Case Manager helps to ensure that corporate and department goals are met.
- The primary goal of the department is to provide outstanding service to clients, potential clients, affiliates, and internal customers. Will qualify clients for legal representation.
- Will follow pre-established screening criteria and will discuss potential cases with upper management.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and follow up on questions and issues. Update client information and establish excellent relationships.
- Must have a BA or BS with 1-2 years of experience in a customer service/call center environment. Interest in law is a plus.
- The temporary salary is $20.00/hr.
- Has the potential to go permanent for the right person. $20/hr when permanent with excellent benefits.
- Hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:30 pm.
