Pay Range: $30–$32 per hour ($1,200–$1,280 weekly)

Position Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Laboratory / Donor Care Specialist for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform donor screening and blood collection in compliance with CDC, FDA, AABB, and CAP standards.

• Conduct whole blood and therapeutic phlebotomy procedures both onsite and at offsite blood drives.

• Accurately prepare, label, and document blood components and donor records in accordance with quality control and safety protocols.

• Support donor recruitment and retention efforts while providing excellent customer service.

• Maintain daily inventory of donor care supplies and ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

• Stay current with departmental and hospital policies, including safety and emergency procedures.

• Demonstrate professionalism and service excellence in interactions with donors, patients, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Phlebotomy experience required; completion of an accredited phlebotomy program or national certification preferred.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.

• Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation systems.
