- Generating reports and giving presentations
- Maintaining an organized workflow and process using company CRM
- Maintains regular communication with the owner, staff, and field personnel, working cooperatively to develop methods and systems that are most effective for growing the business
- Maintains company reputation of integrity and professionalism by professionally communicating with customers, being punctual for appointments, returning phone calls promptly, etc
- Assures that all necessary information about jobs is communicated to crew leaders as necessary (i.e. job colors, job scopes, scheduling, billing, etc.)
- Maintains open communication with crew leaders to remain knowledgeable of jobs and teams
- Communicates with all employees in a positive and respectful manner
- Demonstrates positive leadership through all actions with all employees
- Attends all meetings on time
- Works the necessary hours per week to perform all duties and responsibilities promptly
- Assists in the development and implementation of new systems, helping to maintain and increase the companys profitability and organization as it changes and grows
- Assists in problem-solving and implementing solutions
- Participates in planning company growth and development and supports company mission by following through on initiatives
- EXPERIENCE IN THE TRADES AND MANAGING CONSTRUCTION WORKERS AND PROJECTS IS REQUIRED
