Looking to join a collaborative team of clinicians in an outpatient private practice setting with full administrative support? Greater Lowell Psychiatric Associates, LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled licensed psychotherapist to join our team. Recently licensed therapists and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
Greater Lowell Psychiatric Associates, LLC (GLPA) is a group private practice located in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts. We have served as a community resource to the Merrimack Valley since 1978. Our practice offers a comprehensive range of innovative, holistic, and evidence-based mental health services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, assessments, psychopharmacology, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Our therapists possess a wide range of expertise, from trauma treatment to substance abuse counseling to sexual dysfunction, and use a variety of modalities including psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems therapy, focusing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and hypnotherapy. Our providers are credentialed with many insurance companies allowing us to reach a wide client base. Providers at GLPA enjoy the independence and flexibility of private practice along with the comradery, access to clinical consultation, and shared billing and EHR services of a group. Qualifications
Education:
- Master’s or doctorate degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology or marriage and family counseling from an accredited college or university
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current license to practice independently in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D or Ph.D.)
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working in mental health
- Prior experience with EHR (electronic health records) and overall comfort with computers
Qualities:
- Dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, evidence-based treatment to vulnerable populations
- Able to contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere

Schedule/Setting:
- Flexible hours with part-time or full-time schedule
- No weekends or late hours required

- Autonomy over when you work and whether you see clients in person or via telehealth
