Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate families on care and treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and response to treatment in medical records.

Requirements of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Current RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS and PALS certifications required.
• Experience in pediatric intensive care nursing is preferred.
