Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Newton, MA

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling independent contractor position with excellent pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer W2 roles with dry van routes across all 48 states, along with substantial earning potential.

Home Time:

• 3-4 weeks driving with 4-5 days at home, giving you extended earning periods and quality time with loved ones.

Equipment:

• Operate a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini-fridges, and TV mounts. Our fleet is designed for comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Enjoy 100% no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including dedicated routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, at $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. Receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus, disbursed at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit share bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states with a variety of dry van freight options to maximize your earning capacity.

Benefits:

• W2 independent contractor role with a passenger policy for drivers aged 18 and over at no extra cost. A pet policy is available with a $500 refundable deposit based on the truck's condition upon return.
