Litigation Attorney - Associate
Our client, a leading litigation law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for a Litigation Attorney , to join our winning team in Boston.
Our candidate of choice will be a civil litigation attorney, who is admitted to practice in the State of Massachusetts or has obtained a sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdictions. This is a hybrid role!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional and General Liability
- Products Liability
- Tort and Liability Defense
- Admission to the Massachusetts and Maine State Bars (or possess a sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdictions).
- At least 3 years (10 years maximum) of civil litigation experience,
- Professional and General Liability preferred.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
