Principal product manager
Cornerstone is seeking a Principal Product Manager, AI Products to lead the development of AI-powered capabilities across a key product area. This role will focus on building intelligent, agent-driven experiences that transform how customers operate, leveraging generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics to deliver measurable business impact.
You will own a defined AI product area from concept through scale, rapidly prototyping and validating new AI use cases while driving adoption, engagement, and growth. Working closely with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market partners, you will embed intelligence directly into core workflows and ensure AI capabilities deliver clear customer and commercial value.
In this role, you will be a key member of the product team responsible for defining and scaling AI-driven features within a flagship product. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to execute on the AI roadmap and support go-to-market strategy. This role sits within a global organization and requires strong partnership across distributed teams.

Own a defined AI product area or feature set from conception to launch, including strategy, requirements, experimentation, and scale.

Lead 0?1 development of AI-powered capabilities, rapidly prototyping, validating, and iterating on new use cases.

Design and build AI agents and intelligent automation features that streamline workflows and augment user decision-making.

Partner with engineering and data science teams to define system architecture, model inputs/outputs, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops.

Define and track product and AI performance metrics including adoption, engagement, activation, retention, model effectiveness, and business impact.

Build AI-powered growth loops through personalization, recommendations, automation, and intelligent nudges.

Leverage experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, phased rollouts, model iteration) to continuously optimize AI feature performance.

Analyze market trends, competitive AI capabilities, and emerging technologies to identify differentiation opportunities.

Ensure responsible AI practices including privacy, security, explainability, and compliance considerations.

Act as product owner across agile engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI-driven experiences.

7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or platform environments.

Experience leading 0?1 product initiatives and driving them from concept to adoption.

Proven experience building or launching AI/ML-powered products, including generative AI, AI agents, predictive systems, or personalization engines.

Strong technical fluency in data systems, AI model concepts, experimentation frameworks, and product analytics.

Track record of driving measurable growth outcomes (activation, engagement, retention, monetization).

Experience partnering closely with engineering and data science teams on model-driven systems.

Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, high-value customer experiences.

Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills in cross-functional environments.
