Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Calls on customer accounts as assigned by Senior Sales Representative providing technical, marketing and administrative product information and demonstrations; quotes appropriate customer prices.
• Responsible for product installations and in-services.
• Responds to customer needs, requirements and problems in accordance with company policy seeking direction from Senior Sales Representative as needed.
• Remains informed of new products and other general information of interest to customers.
• Develops relationships with surgeons and other appropriate personnel within assigned accounts.
• Maintains account records and report activities and submits.
• Acts as liaison between customer and Marketing, Customer Service, and Credit Departments at Aesculap.
• Effectively manage personal sample inventory and ensure Setworld product is returned in a timely manner.

Vendor credentialing clearances include, but are not limited to, a national criminal background check, drug screening, and immunizations as determined by the vendors, which may include, but are not limited to, Influenza, Hepatitis B Virus, and COVID-19. You must fully comply with the requirements of the Healthcare Customers in your region, including any necessary proof of any vaccination. As such, all individuals in this position assigned to a Healthcare Customer with a COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B Virus, or other vaccination requirement must be fully vaccinated and/or immunized in accordance with the Healthcare Customers ’ requirements.
