This is not a training/apprenticeship position. We are looking for a new team member with a strong background in Irrigation Systems including full installs, diagnostic repairs and landscape maintenance field work throughout the season .
Irrigation Specialist – Responsibilities
Full Installations, helpful for knowledge of Hunter, Rainbird brands etc
Startup and Winterization of irrigation systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems (all makes/models)
Program and adjust irrigation clocks for efficient landscape watering
Conduct audits and system checks for optimal performance
Submit accurate, timely job logs and paperwork
Support landscaping tasks as needed (mowing, planting, trimming, etc.)
Winter snow removal team is required for this position
Requirements
2+ years of experience in irrigation installation, service, and maintenance
Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and minimum 3 -5 years driving experience
Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen (including marijuana) to obtain DOT Medical Certification, a medical marijuana card is not useable for this screening (all expenses covered by Mountain View) No cost to applicant.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a team
CT J-4 or J-3 License is helpful but not required
Compensation
Team Member: $22.00 -$35.00 (based on experience, lets discuss)
