Global Strategic Accounts Director
- Develop trusted relationships, acquire thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between strategic customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales opportunities that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Have and expand your High-Level Network (HLN)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years in BioPharma/Life Sciences Sales or similar
- Negotiations and or Executive-related skills
- Strong technical knowledge of BioPharma and Life Sciences industries
- Skilled in complex deal creation
- Financial Acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener and presenter
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using account metrics
- Excellent organizational skills
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Located near a cluster of major customer(s) HQ or decision-making site
- Overnight & global travel ~ 30%
- Comfort with internal & external C Suite interactions
- Appropriately presentable as an Executive
- Passport & Driver’s License
