What You'll Be Doing

As a Prep Cook, you'll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients for menu items, including chopping, slicing, and portioning.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assisting the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed.
- Supporting the team in creating high-quality dishes that our guests love.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- The ability to lift at least 30 lbs as part of your daily tasks.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- A passion for food and attention to detail.
- The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
