Press Brake Operator/Setup
Hourly rate ranging from $24 to $45, commensurate with experience Benefits:

- Program, set up, and operate Amada RG series press brakes for medium to complex jobs.
- Lead and mentor a team of up to six operators to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Interpret job requirements and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Maintain ISO standards and enforce all safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and serve as a liaison with customers when necessary.
- Minimum 5 years of precision press brake setup/operation experience.
- At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role within a metal fabrication environment.
- Expert knowledge of Amada RG series machines and NC9EX controls.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and safety compliance.
