Business Development Customer Sales Agent

The Role: As a BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Representative, you’ll be the engine that drives our sales team. You’ll connect with customers by phone, text, and email to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and help our guests take the next step toward their dream car. You’ll be representing three brands, which means three times the inventory, three times the opportunity, and three times the income potential. What You'll Be Doing:
- Make 85+ outbound calls daily to warm internet leads, past customers, and inbound inquiries
- Respond quickly and professionally to online leads, texts, and calls
- Schedule appointments for our sales team across Hyundai, Genesis, and Chevy
- Build relationships with customers by being upbeat, helpful, and consistent
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
- Help create a welcoming, productive environment for both customers and teammates

- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Arlington, MA daily
- Previous sales or BDC experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!
