Screen Print Operator
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Screen Print Operator, where you will play a pivotal role in manufacturing materials used in process assemblies. Your main tasks will involve screen printing materials to laminate products, followed by filling, bore coating, and metalizing. You will ensure the quality of the press by following written instructions and inspecting each product under a microscope.
Responsibilities
- Screen print materials to laminate products.
- Perform filling, bore coating, and metalizing tasks.
- Follow written instructions to complete each press.
- Inspect each product under a microscope for quality assurance.
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience using a microscope.
- Experience in screening (nice to have).
- Quality inspection skills.
- Ability to read drawings.
- Experience in electronic/electrical screen printing.
- Experience in ceramic screen printing.

Work Environment
Work hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm in a cleanroom environment requiring hair nets, jackets, and foot coverings.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newburyport, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
