As we continue expanding into solar energy and home security solutions , we are seeking a Sales Manager to build, train, and lead a high-performing hybrid sales team focused on solar, security, and exterior services.

This is an opportunity for a driven leader who wants to grow with an established company while helping expand new verticals in renewable energy and home protection.

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will oversee recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives operating both virtually and in the field.

This role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on support with homeowners.

Product focus includes:

  • Community solar programs.
  • Rooftop solar (where applicable).
  • Home security solutions.
  • Roofing.
  • Siding.
  • Gutters.
  • Windows.
  • Storm restoration & claims assistance.
  • You will be responsible for building a structured, ethical, and customer-first sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage Solar & Security Sales Representatives.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing sales development.
  • Support reps during consultations and closing conversations.
  • Track performance metrics and drive accountability.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Build and scale a productive, goal-oriented sales team.

Estimated annual earnings: $80,000–$150,000+ (based on performance).

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior sales leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Background in solar, security, roofing, or in-home sales is a plus.
  • Strong coaching and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Comfortable leading both field-based and virtual teams.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Professional, growth-oriented mindset.

Schedule:

  • Flexible schedule.
  • Monday–Friday with optional weekend availability.
  • Combination of in-field leadership and virtual team management.
