• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 36 Hours/Week
• Rotating Schedule
• Every Other Weekend & Holiday Required

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a hospital-based respiratory care team in Hyannis, MA . The ideal candidate will provide advanced respiratory care, ventilatory support, and emergency response services for patients across multiple age groups, including neonatal and pediatric populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, manage, and wean ventilatory support using lung-protective strategies
• Perform ABG draws and interpret diagnostic results
• Conduct bedside spirometry, capnography, and sputum collection
• Respond to Codes and Rapid Response Team (RRT) calls
• Assist with bronchoscopies, intubations, conscious sedation procedures, and tracheostomy tube changes
• Maintain and manage artificial airways
• Perform naso-tracheal, endotracheal, and tracheostomy suctioning
• Monitor respiratory status during patient transports
• Provide respiratory care support for neonatal and pediatric patients
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and charge reconciliation
• Ensure respiratory equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) required
• Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapy license required
• Current BLS Certification required
• NRP Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
