This opportunity is designed for a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician seeking a senior leadership role with real authority, strategic influence, and protected administrative time.
*As Chief Medical Officer, you will lead and support multidisciplinary medical teams across multiple sites, shape population health and quality initiatives, and drive patient-centered primary care – while maintaining a limited clinical presence.
*This role offers a 70% leadership / 30% clinical structure as needed.
*Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule, and the ability to oversee physicians, advanced practitioners, and clinical operations within a mission-driven faciilty serving diverse communities.
*Direct Reports include 4 Physicians and 5 NPs/PAs
