Bilingual Outpatient Mental Health Clinician
This service ensures that staff receive the guidance and oversight necessary to fulfill state-mandated supervision hours and professional development goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and interventions for individuals with mental health disorders
- Conduct data collection and documentation of patient progress and behaviors
- Perform patient assessments to identify needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral health disorders is highly desirable
- Knowledge of psychotherapy techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and documentation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
