Quality Assurance Associate III (Scientific)

education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Supplier Quality Oversight: Manage Third Party Quality operations for the MA BioCampus, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance and quality standards.
- Change Control: Lead the Supplier Change Notification (SCN) process, including impact assessments and implementation tracking.
- Event Management: Direct investigations into third-party quality events and oversee the execution of resulting CAPAs.
- Quality Agreements: Manage the lifecycle of Quality Agreements, performing periodic reviews and maintaining all relevant documentation.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with QC, Facilities, and Manufacturing to resolve compliance issues and drive technical solutions.
- Audit Readiness: Ensure external partner documentation and processes remain in a constant state of inspection readiness.
qualifications:
Must have:
- Must have bachelor's degree + 6 years of applicable experience
- Manager is open to all levels of experience communicating with 3rd parties, understanding of 3rd party relations with impact QMS, quality agreements. Vendor pass, quality agreements, supplier change notification
- Previous experience with Veeva, quality agreements, supplier compliance, supplier change notifications preferred, SAP
