Physician Assistant - Primary Care

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is a nationally recognized, award-winning, public health system located in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s metro-north region. We provide innovative primary, specialty and emergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of community based outpatient clinics and three hospital campuses. CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard University Medical School and Tufts University School of Medicine.
CHA is currently recruiting Full-Time Primary Care Physician Assistants for our neighborhood health centers in Cambridge, Somerville, Malden, Revere, and Everett.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of primary care experience
Possess excellent communication skills. Actively engage and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrate your commitment to CHA’s mission and patient population
Prior experience with use of interpreters is a plus. Although not required, fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Haitian Creole is valued
CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full time guaranteed base salary range of $108,000-$160,000 is based on years of experience.
