**Job Title: Welder** Job Description We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. You will be responsible for welding compactors, front loads, and hook-lifts, contributing to the high-quality standards our company is known for. This is a first-shift role with potential for occasional overtime. Responsibilities + Participate in a morning meeting with your direct supervisor to receive tasks and prepare for the day. + Read and interpret blueprints while collaborating with other welders. + Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards. Essential Skills + MIG welding experience. + Proficiency in math, particularly with fractions and multiplication. + Ability to read a tape measurer. + Capability to lift up to 45 pounds. Work Environment Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment during the first shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role may occasionally require overtime.
