Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY applicants welcome.
- Previous school-based experience is valued, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, identify, and diagnose speech-language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Deliver engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student progress.
- Maintain thorough records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings.
- Provide consultation and resources to classroom educators.
- Stay current with best practices and compliance standards in school-based therapy.
