Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY applicants welcome.
• Previous school-based experience is valued, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, identify, and diagnose speech-language disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Deliver engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student progress.
• Maintain thorough records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide consultation and resources to classroom educators.
• Stay current with best practices and compliance standards in school-based therapy.
