Job Description

Facilities Preventative Maintenance and Calibration Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and repair complex utility systems. This role requires expertise in systems such as WFI, RODI, Clean Steam, CIP, Autoclaves, Glassware Washers, production vessels, HVAC, Cold/Warm Rooms, electrical distribution, control systems, compressed gases, plant steam/condensate, bulk chemical distribution, and wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and repair complex utility systems with minimal supervision.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on facility equipment.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with facilities and engineering teams.
• Install and decommission equipment, including work under/above hoods.
• Climb ladders and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Navigate a multi-building campus to access equipment assets.

Essential Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Mechanical/Maintenance within Facilities, Semi-Conductors, Chemical Plants, or Data Centers.
• Strong mechanical skills and understanding of GMP environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex utility systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• GMP experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with various teams and able to follow directions.
• Go-getter attitude and strong communication skills.

Work Environment

This position involves working in a dynamic environment with state-of-the-art facilities. The role may require climbing ladders and moving equipment up to 50 pounds. The technician will navigate a multi-building campus to perform decommissioning tasks. The dress code is professional casual, appropriate for a technical and collaborative work setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Framingham, Massachusetts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
