Currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Fairhaven, MA.
Responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Clerk include:
Assist clients over phone, email and mail communications
Create invoices and send to correct clients
-Manage customer accounts looking for irregularities such as delayed or non-payments
-Prioritize billing and reporting activities based on deadlines
-Identify and resolve payment discrepancies
-Complete account reconciliations
-Provide back-up to receptionist as needed
-Maintain all accounts receivable files and records
-Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Accounts Receivable Clerk:
-Minimum High School Diploma
-at least 1 year accounts receivable and general accounting experience
-Previous Sage software preferred
-Experience as an office administrator
-Knowledgeable of general booking and accounting procedures
-Good computer skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Able prioritize and meet deadline
Hours: 10:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $22.00-$23.00/hr based on experience
