Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Program/Project
Location: Boston, MA ( Hybrid )

Position Overview:
This role supports the BEST Program by aligning four key workstreams—Training, Communications, Readiness, and Support—to ensure a smooth launch. It focuses on coordinating teams, identifying gaps, and ensuring operational readiness for the upcoming project phase.
Responsibilities
- Assess progress across Training, Communications, Readiness, and Support workstreams to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Identify adoption risks, performance gaps, and readiness challenges, and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with agency leaders and key stakeholders to ensure engagement and project readiness
- Oversee development and completion of readiness assessments and support model planning
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including state and vendor resources
- Ensure workstream deliverables remain aligned with PMO milestones and project timelines
- Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and executive-level communications
- Maintain project documentation and support continuity across program phases
- Drive organizational readiness and change adoption initiatives
- Balance day-to-day issue resolution with long-term strategic planning and execution
Requirements
- Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives in complex project environments
- Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies, readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Experience managing multiple workstreams including Training, Communications, Readiness, and Support
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and build relationships with large, diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience identifying risks, gaps, and implementing corrective actions
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale government, public sector, or enterprise transformation programs
- Experience working with PMOs and complex multi-vendor environments
- Familiarity with organizational readiness and post-implementation support models
- Experience leading change management efforts for technology or business transformation initiatives
