Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the culinary team in detailed food service operations, including inventory, ordering, and receiving
• Efficiently implement P&L accountability with a consistent track record in contract-managed services
• Develop ambitious menus passionate about cost control and local sourcing
• Champion a collaborative environment with a passion for sustainability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of HACCP to resolve safety and quality standards
• Minimum of three years in culinary management within contract foodservice or fine dining
• Extensive expertise in food trends, quality production, sanitation, and cost control
• Proficiency in exposition cooking
• Desirable: ServSafe certification and experience with P&L accountability in contract-managed services
