As an Experiential Events Specialist, you will support our event operations by transporting, setting up, and managing our mobile lab, which houses residential appliances, HVAC, and battery storage equipment, at various event locations. • Support one-to-one engagement with stakeholders, partners, and attendees during events.
  • Create and maintain safety and logistics SOPs related to lab activations.

  • Assist with storage warehouse tasks and coordinate routine maintenance needs between events.
  • Determine effective use of lab equipment and technologies.

  • Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting vehicle/trailer issues.
  • Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail and time management under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
  • Professional appearance and ability to engage positively with clients and event attendees.
