Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager with strong functional expertise to lead the Reporting workstream of an Oracle ERP project. The role will be responsible for driving planning, execution, and stakeholder management while ensuring successful delivery of project objectives within scope, time, and budget.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Track Leadership & Execution:
- Lead the implementation of the OCM and Security & Controls tracks within Oracle ERP.
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of requirements, processes, testing, and training.
- Collaborate with functional leads, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with milestones.
- Project Planning & Monitoring:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are mitigated.
- Track and report deliverables, milestones, and timelines to leadership.
- Manage scope changes and document approvals.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Serve as primary contact for the assigned track.
- Communicate progress, issues, and risks to senior management.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to resolve issues.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify risks/issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Escalate critical items to leadership as needed.
- Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead a cross-functional team of SMEs, BAs, and consultants.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
- Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Oversee test plans for assigned track.
- Ensure UAT is conducted, defects tracked, and fixes implemented before go-live.
Required Skills:
- Strong functional Project Management experience .
- Expertise in Reporting workstream (structures and delivery).
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion experience.
- Knowledge of BI Publisher and Tableau (plus).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience managing OCM and Security/Controls tracks in Oracle ERP projects.
