LMS PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR, Health Sciences IT & EdTech
Support the Blackboard Learn and other centralized ed tech platforms, associated LTIs, APIs, plug-ins, multiple data integrations, and interfaces to related applications and information systems. Administer the applications through the graphical user interface, including localization, account management, system reporting, and tier 2&3 support. Experience in system implementation, ongoing maintenance, upgrade testing & deployment, patching, data backups & restores. Ability to proactively monitor ticket activity to look for any trends that need escalation.

- Bachelor's degree or substantial relevant experience (Relevant professional experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.)
- Professional experience- 8-10 years of LMS platform administration.
- Preferred Education: Master's degree or extensive professional experience in educational platforms, educational technology, or related field.
- Additional information (such as specific degree, licensure, certifications, License, etc):
- Experience in Educational Technology for Higher Education is preferred.
- 8+ years working in an academic environment using digital instructional technology. The position also requires the ability to work with individuals across a spectrum of technical capabilities, treating all with respect.
