Parts Specialist – HVAC/R & Food Equipment
$50,000-$70,000 base salary + commission

What You’ll Do

• Research, quote, and order replacement parts to support refrigeration and food service equipment.

• Analyze schematics and diagrams to identify necessary components.

• Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability.

• Liaise with vendors and manufacturers to source the correct parts efficiently.

• Create written proposals and maintain follow-up communication with customers.

What You Bring

• Proven experience sourcing parts in commercial refrigeration, food equipment, or a related trade (HVAC/R, kitchen equipment, etc.).

• Strong research and diagnostic skills, with the ability to navigate complex schematics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail in quoting and managing parts orders.

• A collaborative, team-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
