* Vibrant Culture Job Details Night Shift Charge Nurse / Supervisor: The Charge Nurse/Supervisor will oversee the administrative and clinical operations ensuring high quality patient care. The Nurse Supervisor will provide leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensure compliance, and foster a strong work culture. Qualifications:
* BSN Degree required
* Must be a Registered Nurse with recent inpatient / acute care hospital experience (3+ year)
* Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years supervisory experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Team Lead, Coordinator, House Supervisor, or equivalent
* Experience with conflict resolution, staffing, schedules, accountability for patients and staffing results, ensuring compliance, etc.
* Active MA license
* ACLS & BLS Certified
