Production Planner | Medical Device Manufacturing | Supply Chain

Our client is seeking a proactive Production Planner to join our clients fast paced medical device manufacturing team. This role is critical to ensuring timely product delivery by aligning machine, labor, and material resources with production goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally, analyze capacity data, and maintain schedules that keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Complete additional assignments as directed by management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain weekly production schedules and planning metrics.
• Analyze capacity data and proactively adjust schedules to meet demand.
• Coordinate material and product releases to align with project timelines.
• Communicate forecast changes and their impact on production and staffing.
• Prioritize and schedule projects based on capacity, material availability, and labor.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure material readiness and production flow.

Qualifications/Must Haves:

• Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in production planning, materials coordination, inventory control, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
