E-Billing Manager

Role Summary
This position involves overseeing e-bill submissions, managing a team of billing specialists, and ensuring compliance with client-specific billing guidelines. You'll collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams while driving process improvements and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage e-bill submissions for accuracy and compliance
- Co-lead and mentor a team of billing specialists
- Oversee invoice generation, submission, and distribution
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client issues
- Analyze financial reports, revenue trends, and performance metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Build strong relationships with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of billing experience (law firm experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Elite 3E billing software
- Strong knowledge of legal billing practices and compliance
