Outpatient Clinician
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
- Participate in case consultations and supervision sessions.
- Stay updated on current best practices and industry standards.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent in the state.
- Experience providing outpatient therapy preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
