Otolaryngology Physician opening in scenic western Massachusetts-High salary
A non-profit, 298-bed community teaching hospital in western Massachusetts is adding an ENT/Otolaryngology Physician. Our health system provides comprehensive medical care to the residents and visitors of the Berkshires region.
About the Opportunity:
- Join our team of 3 ENT Physicians with Advanced Practice Provider support
- Routine procedures, as well as head and neck.
- Comprehensive ENT services, including in-office procedures.
- Subspecialty training is welcome
- Experience in allergy, chronic ear surgery, and endocrine surgery is a plus; however, it is not required.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Hospital-employed position with a high base salary converting to an RVU production model
- $45k Relocation/signing bonus
- 7 weeks time off
- $4500 allowance for CME
