We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator and admin support to a growing team. This role is responsible for helping to manage payroll, administration, recruiting, on boarding, compliance activities, travel and expense management, and general office operations.
Key responsibilities include assisting to process bi-weekly payroll through ADP, maintaining HR records and HRIS systems, coordinating full-cycle recruitment and on boarding, administering employee benefits and 401(k) programs, managing timekeeping and paid time off, supporting employee training programs, and assisting with regulatory compliance reporting. The position also provides administrative support to management, oversees office operations, coordinates employee travel and expense reporting, and performs basic accounting and customer administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of payroll, human resources, or office management experience, strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience someone with Payroll and HRIS system is preferred but will train. MUST COME FROM CONSTRUCTION, INDUSTRIAL, or MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT.
