Program Manager role at Jacobs. This position supports the delivery of major capital infrastructure programs within the Energy Transition space. The role is located in the United States with occasional domestic travel. You will focus on implementing program management strategies in collaboration with Program Directors and cross-functional teams, helping to drive performance, ensure alignment with client objectives, and contribute to Jacobs’ mission of creating a more sustainable future.

Base pay range

$211,800.00/yr - $278,025.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Support Program Directors in the delivery of complex infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and Jacobs’ sustainability values.
  • Lead the implementation of program management functions including controls, commercial oversight, design coordination, risk and stakeholder management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring technical performance, schedule adherence, and budget control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and supply chain partners to foster high-performing, agile delivery environments.
  • Contribute to business development activities by identifying opportunities, supporting proposal development, and building client relationships.
  • Assist in developing execution plans and innovative delivery approaches for complex capital programs.
  • Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all program activities.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in managing Energy Transition capital projects/programs, ideally with exposure to infrastructure programs valued at $500M+.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, including client-facing roles and multi-company environments.
  • Solid understanding of program management disciplines: cost, schedule, procurement, risk, change, and design management.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and contributing to regional growth strategies.

Jacobs has an unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) policy for full-time salaried/exempt employees, seven paid holidays, one floating holiday, and caregiver leave. Some roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $211,800.00 to $278,025.00, determined by work location and factors including job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Jacobs values collaboration and supports a hybrid working policy that balances presence in Jacobs offices/projects with remote work.
