Assistant Service Manager - Sentry West Mazda - Shrewsbury
Sentry seeks to add an assistant service manager to supervise its high-volume service desk in Shrewsbury. We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
- strong customer-experience, organizational and communications skills
- think well on your feet and be able to make decisions on the fly while working well in a team
- your primary focus will be dispatching work to the shop and ensuring shop productivity, but this is a mid-size store and thus you will often be directly involved in assisting customers and helping out the service advisors as well.
- Dealership experience is helpful but not required.
- This is a true assistant manager position. Position reports to the service director. You will be involved in all aspects of running the service department. This is a terrific career growth opportunity for a service advisor.
