Accounts Receivable Associate-Mercedes Benz of Burlington

Mercedes Benz of Burlington , part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for a highly motivated Full-Time Accounts Receivable Associate. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, goal orientated and well organized. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Pay Rate: $24-$25/hr. Dependent upon experience

What you will do:

• Reconcile Deposits
• Posting Reports
• Maintaining Schedules
• Maintaining charge customers
• Receipting in checks
• Issuing refund checks
• Title Audits
• Booking Wholesale Deals
• Backup registry
• Registering vehicles
• Other tasks assigned by the controller

Requirements

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently
• Automotive accounting experience
• Experience with Dealertrack a plus
• Registry experience a plus
• Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally & written
• Intermediate computer skills including Excel
• Ability to work independently and also part of a team

Salary Description

$24.00-$25.00 per hour
