Senior Real Estate Accountant / Manager - Up to $140k + Bonus

We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Accountant / Manager to oversee financial reporting and property accounting for a growing portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Accountant ready to transition into a management position. You will play a critical part in driving financial accuracy, CAM reconciliations, loan compliance, and audits, while collaborating with leadership to support portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties
• Lead CAM recovery calculations, tenant reconciliations, and related reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including year-end audit support
• Oversee loan compliance reporting, covenant testing, and draw package submissions
• Partner with operations and leadership to maintain accurate financial records and insights

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of property accounting experience within commercial real estate
• Demonstrated expertise in CAM recoveries and year-end financial audit preparation
• Practical experience with loan compliance reporting and covenant calculations

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with MRI or similar property management/accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and complex reporting
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite for presentations and documentation
